Anyway, I am a seafarer. One of these who explore and not one of these who collect information to hand over to exploiters. In German exploiters would be Ausbeuter, and there is no positive meaning to that.

What´s that to do with language you might ask? Yeah, I´ve certainly been among at least a hundret different of them and it opend my mind.
